What you do

Does the 14-day free trial still apply?

Yes — the free trial runs first. No card needed for 14 days. The 60-day guarantee starts on the day you convert to a paid plan, so you effectively get 74 days of risk-free use.

Annual plans — do I get the full year refunded?

If you claim within 60 days of your first annual payment, yes — full annual amount refunded. After day 60, the standard refund policy applies (14-day window from purchase).

What counts as "giving the AI features a fair try"?

Generate at least one rota in the rota tool, scan at least one supplier invoice, and log at least one temperature check or opening checklist in the EHO logbook. We can see these in your account — takes about 20 minutes total to satisfy.

Can I keep using my data after the refund?

Of course — you can export your menu, stock, customer list and sales history at any time, even after refund. Your data is yours.

Is this the same as the refund policy?

No. The refund policy is our standard 14-day cooling-off window required by UK consumer law. The 60-day guarantee is a stronger commercial promise on top of that — tied to a specific outcome (5 hours/week saved).
