ZayPOS is a subscription-based SaaS product. ZayPOS software does not process payments or hold funds — all payment processing is handled by independent third-party providers. This policy covers your ZayPOS software subscription only.

1. Subscription-based service

ZayPOS is provided by Zayn Productions Ltd on a recurring subscription basis. Access to the software begins immediately upon successful payment. Because access is granted immediately, refunds are subject to the conditions below.

2. 14-day refund window

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are unsatisfied with ZayPOS for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first payment, provided your account has not been used significantly.

3. When refunds don't apply

  • The 14-day refund window has passed
  • The account has been used substantially (transactions recorded, menus configured, staff accounts created)
  • A free trial was used prior to the paid subscription
  • The refund relates to a renewal charge where cancellation was not made before the renewal date
  • The account has been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service

4. Renewal charges

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for renewal charges where cancellation was not made in advance. We send renewal reminders by email before each billing date.

5. Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the standard 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. After this window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancellation of an annual plan after the 14-day window grants continued access until the end of the paid period — no partial refunds for unused months.

6. How to cancel

Cancel at any time via your account settings or by emailing hello@zaypos.co.uk. Cancellation stops future billing only and does not entitle you to a refund for the current period unless within the 14-day window.

7. Requesting a refund

  1. Email hello@zaypos.co.uk with subject: "Refund Request — ZayPOS"
  2. Include your full name, registered email address, and subscription date
  3. Briefly explain your reason

We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Technical issues

If a significant platform failure prevents you from using ZayPOS, contact us at hello@zaypos.co.uk. Where the issue is attributable to our platform and causes substantial disruption, we may offer a pro-rated credit or partial refund at our discretion.

9. Dispute resolution

Please contact us directly before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider. Raising a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
